Can I prepay my prescription online?
No. We currently only accept payment at the pharmacy.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Give us a call at 865-988-000. We will be glad to transfer your prescription to our pharmacy. Just give us the name and location or phone number of your current pharmacy and we will take care of all the work involved in a transfer.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescription for six days. After those six days, we will remind you by text, email, or phone before putting the prescription back into stock. We will keep the prescription on hold, which can be filled upon your request anytime. Many Third Party Insurance Companies now require that all prescriptions be picked up with in six (6) days after being filled or refilled. They are measuring compliance scores.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
Yes! But only if your mother has signed a HIPPA waiver form giving us permission to give it to anyone other than herself. You can download and print off a copy of the HIPPA waiver form and have your mother sign off on you or anyone else she trusts, then bring it with you to the pharmacy.
Can I use my insurance prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes! We are contracted with most all of the major insurance companies, including Medicare Part D, TennCare and Tricare.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
Yes! We do have a delivery service. It is a FREE service for those patients that utilize our MedHerence Medication Management Program. If you are not on that program then there is an $11 deliver fee. We can also ship USPS, UPS, or FEDEX to you if special circumstances require it. That fee varies based on weight and distance of the package.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes! Even though there are no refills, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?
When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.
How can I have all of my prescriptions filled together on the same day?
Our pharmacy is unique in that we utilize an appointment-base synchronization model with all of our patient's medication profiles. We work with your physician to align all of your refills on the same day each month.
Will my prescriptions cost more at your pharmacy?
No. If we are a preferred pharmacy contracted with your insurance plan. Since we contract with most insurance plans then the copays will be the same as any other pharmacy. If, however, we are not a preferred pharmacy on your plan then the copay may be higher.
What if I do not have an insurance plan or my insurance refuses to cover my medication?
We work with many manufacturers directly on the patient assistance programs to find additional discounts that you wouldn't receive at other pharmacies. We use these discount programs to find you the lowest cost possible.
I heard you have a unique packaging program for those taking multiple medications.?
Yes! We offer a type of bubble packaged cards referred to as compliance packaging. Each card has one weeks worth of medicine and is helpful when the patient has dexterity or dementia challenges. This also takes the work out of filling the patient's pill tray each month.
